Created by sun-ripened chillies pureed into a smooth paste. Now referred to as the Rooster Sauce because of its labelling, the Huy Fong brand can be recognized by its bright red colour and distinct green cap. Made from a paste of spicy sun-ripened chili peppers, the Huy Fong Sriracha Sauce is the perfect condiment to any dish needing a spicy kick.

 

 

Huy fong Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce is made from sun ripen chilies which are ground into a smooth paste along with garlic and packaged in a convenient squeeze bottle. It is excellent in soups, sauces, pastas, pizzas, hot dogs, hamburgers, chowmein or on anything else to give it a delicious, spicy taste. Like all our sauces, Huy fong use only the highest quality ingredients and never any artificial colors or flavorings. Huy fong foods’ Sriracha Hot Chili Sauces are made from fresh, red jalapeno chili peppers and contain no water.

 

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Main

  • 1 pound large shrimp with tails – peeled & deveined, about 20-22
  • 7 slices bacon

Sauce

  1. Line a baking pan with non-stick foil or parchment paper.
  2. Cut bacon strips into thirds and wrap each slice of bacon around each piece of shrimp. Secure with a toothpick.
  3. Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl and brush each shrimp with half of the sauce.
  4. Turn broiler on to high.
  5. Broil about 4-6″ from the heat for 4 minutes. Flip shrimp and brush with remaining sauce. Broil an additional 5-6 minutes or until crisp and shrimp is cooked through.

Direction: Simply add on to any food or dish to add a delicious, spicy taste.

Chili, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Distilled Vinegar, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Bisulfite as preservatives, and Xanthan Gum
