Terms of Sale

Otable sells Food products (the “Products”) to customers who purchase a Food product. You may not purchase Products for further distribution or resale or for any other commercial or business purpose. The Membership and all rights and privileges conferred are personal and non-transferable. All words referred to as ‘contract’ below refer to the Otable and your transaction details.

If any problems arise with your order, or with the shipping address or Payment Method (as defined below) associated with your Membership, and Otable is unable to resolve the problem, we may notify you via email using the email address associated with your Membership. If problems arise with your order that we cannot resolve, your order may be cancelled and we may not be able to deliver future Products until the problem has been resolved. It is important that you keep your information current with an accurate email address that you regularly check.

Providing the products

Otable is not responsible for delays outside our control. If Otable supply of the products is delayed by an Otable is not responsible for delays outside our control. Refund

Tell us you want to end the contract. To end the contract with Otable , please let us know by doing one of the following: Email us at info@otable.co.nz. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.

If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to Otable. You must post them to Otable at Gate 1, 76 Rangi road, Auckland 2105 or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. Please email Otable at info@otable.co.nz for a return label or to arrange collection. If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the goods within 14 days of telling Otable you wish to end the contract. When we will pay the costs of return. We will pay the costs of return: if the products are faulty or misdescribed;

if you are ending the contract because Otable have told you of an upcoming change to the product or these terms, an error in pricing or description or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something Otable have done wrong; or In all other circumstances you must pay the costs of return.

We will not provide a refund for a request that is received by Otable more than 14 days after the date of original shipment. We also do not provide a refund for returned Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. Finally, we do not provide a refund for returned Product requests that are abusive or unfairly taking advantage of our policy, including but not limited to, repeat refund requests on the same Product or repeat refund requests without return of the applicable Product. Otable will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. If the entire refund or cancellation are processed due to the customer’s simple change of mind, the transaction fee of 15% will be excluded from the refund amount. In addition, for refunds of orders that have already been delivered to customers, the customer must pay both shipping fee (delivery fee, return fee).

Membership Cancellation or Modifications

*Cancellation by Us

We may cancel your Membership at any time if you do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within sixty (60) days of us reminding you that payment is due. We reserve the right to not ship any Products or Box to you unless your payment for those Products, or that Box, has cleared.

We may also cancel your Membership at any time if any of the following conditions are met: (a) if you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the Product(s), for example, your shipping address; (b) if you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the Product(s) to you; or (c) if we suspect that a purchase was fraudulently made or an account was fraudulently set up.

You may cancel your Membership at any time by logging into your ‘Account’ on the Otable website. If you have any questions or issues, please email us at info@otable.co.nz

Delivery

Your shipping address should be complete and should have the right information. Labeling of North Island and South Island with an indication of one’s address is “Rural” is necessary. Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via PBT, subject to availability and receipt of cleared funds. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Packages should be received within 3-10 working days. (The spread of COVID-19 globally has led to reduced freight capacity and more recently, stricter lockdown restrictions within certain countries, causing delays to parcels coming in and out of New Zealand. We expect delays to continue for some time. Thanks for your patience.)

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched and delivered with special care.

Stock shortage.

The Otable is not responsible for the in-stock of the products displayed on the Otable website.
If you have successfully completed your order but the Otable contacts you that it is out of stock, Otable can only process it as a partial refund or full refund from your entire order. You must accept refund and you are not eligible to wait for a specific item to be restocked. It is impossible for you to receive delivery after waiting for a specific item to be restocked. If there is no stock of the product, the difference in exchange for other items will be accumulated as points.
