Beef Bulgogi
- 1 lb (450g) thinly sliced beef (such as ribeye or sirloin)
- 1/2 cup Ottogi Bulgogi Sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for cooking)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Lettuce leaves, for wrapping (optional)
Instructions:
- Place the thinly sliced beef in a bowl.
- Pour Ottogi Bulgogi Sauce over the beef, ensuring that each slice is coated evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for enhanced flavor.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet, reserving any excess marinade for later use. Cook the beef for about 3-4 minutes per side until it’s cooked through and nicely browned.
- While the beef is cooking, pour the reserved marinade into a small saucepan. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for a few minutes to ensure it’s heated thoroughly.
- Once the beef is cooked, transfer it to a serving plate.
- Drizzle some of the heated marinade over the cooked beef for added flavor.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Serve the delicious Bulgogi with steamed rice and lettuce leaves for wrapping, if desired.
- Enjoy the delightful flavors of Ottogi Bulgogi Sauce as they elevate your meal to a whole new level of deliciousness.
