Steak and Veggie Stir-Fry with Ottogi Steak Sauce

- 200g beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 capsicum, sliced
- 1 courgette, sliced
- 2 tbsp Ottogi Steak Sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Prepare the Veggies: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the onion, bell pepper, and courgette until tender. Set aside.
- Cook the Steak: In the same pan, cook the steak slices, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Combine: Add the cooked vegetables back to the pan with the steak, then pour in Ottogi Steak Sauce. Stir everything together until well-coated and heated through.
- Serve: Plate the stir-fry with the steak and enjoy!
