Perilla Oil Noodles with Soy Sauce
- 200g OTTOGI Wheat Noodle – Thin Round (can be substituted with OTTOGI Buckwheat Noodle)
- 2 tbsp Ottogi Perilla Oil
- 1 pack Fresh Salad Mixed
- 2 sheets Sigol Roasted Seaweed Original, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar (can be substituted with OTTOGI Oligosaccharide Sweetener)
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

- Cook the Noodles: Boil OTTOGI Wheat Noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix Ottogi Perilla Oil, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and minced garlic.
- Assemble the Dish: Place the cooked noodles in a large bowl. Add the Fresh Salad Mixed and toss with the prepared sauce.
