Boasting many healthful properties, jujube has been used in a variety of ways over the centuries and are great for helping to replenish and nourish your blood to improve circulation.

Honey Jujube Jam
- 6 Tbsp OTTOGI Jujube Tea
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice or orange juice
- 1 Tbsp Mixed nuts
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until well blended. Serve with your choice of bread.
Directions :
Take 2-3 tsp (20g) with hot or cold water 80ml and stir well. You can also use it as marmalade.
