First introduced in 1905 in Gonghwachun, it wasn’t until the mid-’50’s after the Korean War that the well-known dish jajangmyeon gained it’s popularity, and to this day, remains a classic Korean street food.

Featuring thick chewy noodles and a classic dark brown, sweet traditional taste that comes from the salty, fermented black bean soybean paste (chunjang), simply add boiling water along with the seasoning packet for a delicious authentic mini ramen meal.

Jin Jjajang Ramen with Minced Pork

• Jin Jjajang Mini Cup.
• 100g minced pork
• Chopped green onion for garnish

1. Boil water and fill to inner line of OTTOGI Jin Jjajang Mini Cup.
2. When the noodles are all cooked, drain all the water.
3. In a frying pan, cook the minced pork to preference and set aside.
4. Add seasoning powder sachet, cooked pork and chopped onion and mix well to serve.
5. Finish by garnishing with chopped green onion and enjoy.
