Try this beef bone flavoured ramen, which has slow-boiled beef bones and meat flavours. It guarantees a rich and deep flavour. It is recommended for those who cannot eat spicy ramen.

 

 

 

 

 

Gomtang Myon Miso Ramen

– Ottogi Gomtang Myon
– 2 spring onions , finely chopped
– Green bean sprouts
– 1 Boiled egg
– Β½ tsp ground black pepper
– 1 tsp Miso

  1. Bring 2 and 1/2 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. When the water boils, add 1 tablespoon of white soybean paste or miso soybean paste.
  3. Add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Add the flavor packet (seasoning), stir, and continue to cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. 1 minute before you take out the noodles, add bean sprouts and cook them together.
  5. Carefully transfer everything to a serving bowl, add the half cut boiled egg, ground black pepper and chopped spring onions. Garnish with the scallions if desired.
