Do you want an alternative to beef bone soup? Gomtang is a Korean traditional soup made with various beef parts by slow simmering on a low flame. Try this beef bone flavoured ramen, which has slow-boiled beef bones and meat flavours. It guarantees a rich and deep flavour. It is recommended for those who cannot eat spicy ramen.
Gomtang Myon Miso Ramen
– Ottogi Gomtang Myon
– 2 spring onions , finely chopped
– Green bean sprouts
– 1 Boiled egg
– ½ tsp ground black pepper
– 1 tsp Miso
- Bring 2 and 1/2 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- When the water boils, add 1 tablespoon of white soybean paste or miso soybean paste.
- Add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Add the flavor packet (seasoning), stir, and continue to cook for another 30 seconds.
- 1 minute before you take out the noodles, add bean sprouts and cook them together.
- Carefully transfer everything to a serving bowl, add the half cut boiled egg, ground black pepper and chopped spring onions. Garnish with the scallions if desired.
