Creamy Shrimp Ramen Bowl
- 1 Ottogi Shrimp Ramen Bowl
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the noodles from the Ottogi Shrimp Ramen Bowl according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set aside the seasoning packet.
