Simply pan-fry with a mix of eggs, vegetables and sometimes kimchi for a popular savoury, crispy snack that is great for all ages.

Zucchini Buchimke
- 200g Ottogi Korean Pancake.
- 1 Egg
- 100mL (1/2 Cup) of water
- 1 Zucchini
1. Mix water with egg.
2. Add the proper amount of Ottogi Korean Pancake Mix to egg mix from #1.
3. Add shredded zucchini to the batter.
4. Preheat your pan on very low heat.
5. Apply a large amount of oil to a pan.
6. Pour out the batter into a pan and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
You will see the surface of hot cake forms small bubbles. Gently lift the back side to check, and when it turns brown, turn it over, it is time to flip.
7. Flip carefully and then cook it for 2-3 minutes.
8. Serve your Zucchini Buchimke with soy sauce.
Direction:It can be used all kind of Korean pancakes such as : Grilled green onion pancake, Kimchi pancake, and etc.
- Knead 500g(1/2pack) of Ottogi Korean Pancake Mix with 800ml of cool water and add vegetables, seafood or meat along with your own spices.
- Heat a frying pan with cooking oil and then, pour in some mix.
- When the pancake is golden brown on the cooked side, turn it and continue cooking until both sides are golden brown.
