OTTOGI Korean BBQ Bulgogi Sauce & Marinade delivers the classic flavors of Korean barbecue to your kitchen. This mildly sweet and salty sauce, with a hint of nutty flavor, is perfect for marinating thinly sliced meats like beef for grilling. Enhanced with seven types of fruit juices and purees, it acts as a natural tenderizer and adds a natural sweetness to your dishes.

The sauce is versatile enough to be used with other meats, such as chicken or pork, and even vegetables, making it a great addition to your cooking repertoire. The convenient packaging allows for easy use and storage.

Korean Bulgogi

  • 500g Thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 100g OTTOGI Korean BBQ Bulgogi Sauce & Marinade
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 50g Any kinds of mushroom
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (Optional)

1. Place the thinly sliced beef in a bowl and add the Ottogi Korean BBQ Bulgogi Sauce & Marinade. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated.

2. Let the beef marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.

3. While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables: slice the onion, carrot, mushroom and spring onion.

4. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

6. Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

7. Add the sliced onions, carrots, mushroom and spring onion to the pan and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.

8. (Optional) Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

9. Serve the Bulgogi with rice. Enjoy!
