Ottogi Gyoza Dipping Sauce is a black vinegar-based sauce expertly blended with garlic, chili peppers, onions, and other aromatic vegetables in a golden ratio. Its tangy and spicy flavour, combined with a subtle aroma, enhances the taste of various fried dishes, dumplings, and pancakes, adding a clean finish. This versatile sauce is perfect not only as a dipping sauce but also as a salad dressing and marinade for meats.

- 1 OTTOGI Tinned Tuna in Oil 150g
- 1 Canned sweet corn kernel
- 4 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Tbsp Starch (Omitted)
- 1 Tbsp OTTOGI Frying Mix (Omitted)
Instructions:

- Darin the OTTOGI Tinned tuna and the canned sweet corn kernel.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
- When the pan is hot, 2 spoonful of the mixture into the pan.
- Cook for 2-3 mins or until golden underneath.
- Flip it and cook for 2 mins or until cooked.
- Transfer it to a serving plate.
- Repeat, in batches, with remaining tuna mixture.
- Enjoy the dish with the OTTOGI Gyoja Dipping Sauce!
