Unlike Western-style donuts, Korean traditional markets have been selling chewy donuts made from sticky rice, sugar and nuts and for a long time. and these donuts are made with glutinous rice flour to suit the taste of Koreans and have a more chewy taste.

Ottogi Stuffed Pancake
- 200g Ottogi Stuffed Pancake.
- 1 Egg
- 100mL (1/2 Cup) of milk/ water
1. Mix milk or water with egg.
2. Add the proper amount of Ottogi Stuffed Pancake Mix to egg mix from #1.
3. Preheat your pan on very low heat.
4. Apply a small amount of oil to a pan and wipe off with a paper towel.
5. Pour out the batter into a pan and cook it for 3-4 minutes. You will see the surface of hot cake forms bubbles. Do not flip yet! When the bubbles are not forming rapidly (about 3-4 minutes of cooking), it is time to flip.
6. Flip carefully and then cook it for 2-3 minutes.
7. Finishing up your hot cake with a little bit of butter, maple syrup, or/and delicious fruits like strawberries, blueberries and banana.
