Teriyaki Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
- kosher salt to taste
- fresh cracked pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup OTTOGI Original Teriyaki Sauce
- Lightly season salmon filets with salt and pepper. In a 12-inch non-stick skillet add olive oil and set over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon, skin side down, to the pan.
- Cook for 4-6 minutes, carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 4-6 minutes or just until tender and flaky.
- Remove from the heat and pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Directions:
- Slice Fresh meat (Beef/Pork/Chicken/Lamb) into small thin pieces.
- Mix with marinade and leave for 30minutes. Use a 5:1 ratio between the meat and marinade)
- Add a variety of vegetables of your choice, such as onions, spring onions and mushrooms.
- Grill or broil for about 4-8 minutes or stir-fry in an ungreased pan for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve
