Teriyaki Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
  • kosher salt to taste
  • fresh cracked pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup OTTOGI Original Teriyaki Sauce

  1. Lightly season salmon filets with salt and pepper. In a 12-inch non-stick skillet add olive oil and set over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the salmon, skin side down, to the pan.
  3. Cook for 4-6 minutes, carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 4-6 minutes or just until tender and flaky.
  4. Remove from the heat and pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Directions:

  1. Slice Fresh meat (Beef/Pork/Chicken/Lamb) into small thin pieces.
  2. Mix with marinade and leave for 30minutes. Use a 5:1 ratio between the meat and marinade)
  3. Add a variety of vegetables of your choice, such as onions, spring onions and mushrooms.
  4. Grill or broil for about 4-8 minutes or stir-fry in an ungreased pan for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Serve
