Candied Kumara (Kumara Mattang)
- 1/2 cup Ottogi Yennal Corn Syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish

- Prepare the kumaras: Peel and cut the kumaras into bite-sized pieces. Soak in water for 10 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- Fry the kumaras: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the kumaras until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Make the syrup: In a separate pan, combine Ottogi Corn Syrup and sugar. Heat over medium-low, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens.
