OTTOGI Black Pe Tteok-bokki

  • 300g rice cakes
  • 100g cabbage, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 100g fish cake, sliced
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onion, cabbage, carrot, and fish cake. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add water and Ottogi BLACK PEPPER POWDER TTEOK-BOKKI sauce. Stir well.
  4. Add rice cakes and stir until well combined.
  5. Cover the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the rice cakes are soft and the sauce has thickened.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with boiled eggs and chopped green onions if desired.
