OTTOGI Black Pe Tteok-bokki
- 1 pack Ottogi BLACK PEPPER POWDER TTEOK-BOKKI
- 300g rice cakes
- 100g cabbage, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 100g fish cake, sliced
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion, cabbage, carrot, and fish cake. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add water and Ottogi BLACK PEPPER POWDER TTEOK-BOKKI sauce. Stir well.
- Add rice cakes and stir until well combined.
- Cover the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the rice cakes are soft and the sauce has thickened.
