Creamy Shrimp Ramen Bowl

  • 1 Ottogi Shrimp Ramen Bowl
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook the noodles from the Ottogi Shrimp Ramen Bowl according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set aside the seasoning packet.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are soft and lightly browned.
  3. Add the cooked shrimp to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the shrimp are heated through.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, chopped spinach, and the seasoning packet from the Shrimp Ramen Bowl. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the saucepan and toss everything together, ensuring the noodles are coated in the creamy sauce. Cook for another minute to heat the noodles through.
  6. Remove from heat and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
