Fiery Garlic Pepper Ramen Stir-Fry

  • 1 packet of Ottogi’s Fiery Garlic Pepper Ramen
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup cooked and shredded chicken (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Ottogi’s Fiery Garlic Pepper Ramen noodles according to the package instructions, but reserve the seasoning packet for later. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced bell peppers, onions, carrots, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  3. Add the cooked and shredded chicken to the skillet (if using) and stir-fry for an additional minute.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and sprinkle the reserved seasoning packet over the noodles. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, then toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  5. Serve the stir-fry in a bowl, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
