Korean Hash with Rice
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Potatoes
- 1/4 Zucchini
- 1 Carrot
- OTTOGI Soybean Oil
- OTTOGI Hash Sauce
- 700ml Water
- OTTOGI Tasted Cooked Rice
- Dice meat, onions, potatoes, zucchini, and carrots into bite-sized pieces and stir fry them with minced garlic in Ottogi Cooking Oil.
- Add 600cc (3 cups) water and boil until all ingredients are cooked.
- When the vegetables and meat are cooked, turn the heat off.
- Dissolve the Ottogi Hash Sauce in 700ml of water separately. Stir until it is completely dissolved and add to 1. Tastes will be better with 3 spoons (35g) of Ottogi Ketchup into the sauce.
- Turn the heat back on and stir it for 2~3 minutes until the sauce thickens a bit.
- Serve with Ottogi Cooed Rice.
