Spicy Garlic Mayeul Ramen Stir-Fry

  • 1 Ottogi Mayeul Ramen Bowl
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

  1. Cook the noodles from the Mayeul Ramen Bowl according to the package instructions, but drain them about 30 seconds before they are fully cooked to keep them slightly firm. Set aside the cooked noodles and the seasoning packet.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until they start to soften.
  4. Add the partially cooked noodles to the pan along with the seasoning packet from the Mayeul Ramen Bowl. Stir well to ensure the noodles are evenly coated with the seasoning.
