Chajang sauce offers a rich and deep taste that is well-loved by Koreans. First introduced in 1905 in Gonghwachun, it wasn’t until the mid-’50’s after the Korean War that the well-known dish jajangmyeon gained it’s popularity, and to this day, remains a classic Korean street food.

With a delicious variety of vegetables such as onion, cabbage fried potato and carrot, simply cook with the seasoning for a delicious authentic ramen meal.
Jjajang Ramen with Pork
- 1 Beijing Jjajang Ramen.
- 150g of diced pork
- 30g chopped onion
- Chopped green onion for garnish
- In a pot of 550ml of water, add the dehydrated flakes and boil then add the noodles and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Turn off the heat and drain all but leave 3tbsp water.
- During cooking noodles, In a frying pan, cook the diced pork and chopped onion to preference and set aside.
- Add seasoning powder sachet, cooked pork and chopped onion and mix well to serve.
- Finish by garnishing with chopped green onion and enjoy.
