Made from the Yuja tree, “Yujacha” (Citron tea) has been around for many years and is widely recognized as a herbal remedy and ingredient for a variety of desserts & cocktails and tea. The plant has come along way from the local legend of “Jang Bo Goh” who braved the storm to deliver Citron(Yuja) to Korea.

As a perfect example of an ingredient that is embraced not only for it’s flavour, but health benefits, Citron is well-known for an excellent source of vitamin C. With a bitter, sour taste that resembles the Citron flavour of lemons and limes, Ottogi’s careful selection of Citron(Yuza) is recognised in the quality, freshness & taste.

Rich in vitamin C and made from carefully selected, fresh Korean Citron(Yuza), use our Ottogi Citron Tea as a spread, dessert topping, or tea.

Citron(Yuza) Dressing

• 6 Tbsp OTTOGI Citron Tea
• 6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice or orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until well blended. Serve with your choice of salad ingredients. (It particularly goes well with garden mix, boiled chicken breast or seafood.)
