Ottogi Buckwheat Chilli Noodles are a delicious and refreshing Korean cold noodle dish with the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors. Made with high-quality wheat flour and a rich gochujang-based sauce, these noodles are quick and easy to prepare. After boiling and rinsing in cold water, the noodles remain firm and chewy, while the included sesame garnish adds a nutty aroma and texture. Buckwheat Chilli Noodle (Maemil Bibim-myon)
- 1 pack OTTOGI Buckwheat Chilli Noodle
- 550ml (2 3/4 cups) Water
- Boil 550ml (2 3/4 cups) of water. Add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Drain the noodles and rinse thoroughly 3-4 times with cold water to remove excess starch.
- Transfer the noodles to a bowl. Add the sauce sachet and sesame seed sachet. Mix well and enjoy!
